This represents the most powerful countries of the worlds are suffering by the COVID-19. They are trying to minimize the cases as can as possible but the spread rate of virus is multiplying.  In this situation, Nepal has lockdown from 14 days and all the business, services, flights, tourisms, hotels, colleges and schools, construction works, private and public companies and all kind of government works are stopped.  Even the banks and many private hospitals are closed. The pass system is introduced from Nepal government for those vehicles who carry highly needed things and persons including doctors, nurses and working health related sector.

Economic Growth Target and Inflation:

The GDP growth rate will be 8.50% and inflation rate will be 6 % in fiscal year 2076/77 (Monetary policy, 2076/77). But due to COVID-19, growth rate is decreasing and inflation is increasing stage. Most of daily usage products are going to shortage in the market. It creates the inflation and destroys the growth of economy. So Nepal government must take proper strategy against this situation and must implement immediately.

This reflects the economy of world and Nepal also downsizing and inflation rate will increase in upcoming days.

COVID-19, Private Hospitals and Nepal Government:

Most of private hospitals are totally closed due to this pandemic period.  Only the government hospitals accept this cases and working on it. Private hospitals even reject the normal disease of normal fever, common cold and cough. They are not ready to provide services and build of isolation wards and quarantine. In this situation, Nepal government warns to all private hospitals to provide the service otherwise Nepal government cancels the license of hospitals and takeover by government itself. Some of proper solution of this problem and fighting with COVID-19 are summarized as below:
1.      Nepal government must take proper initiation with private hospitals and makes rules regarding it and implement immediately.
2.      There is no other option of cooperation and working together for overcome from this critical situation. So, all the stakeholders must initiate each other and work for themselves and others.

Yes, here is no option to cooperation and working together. The very pandemic period is running this time and we all must take care of ourselves and other too. As hospitals and medicals are urgent and vital sector, it must open and provide service as soon as possible.

COVID-19, Nepal Government and Banks:

Like other all sectors are stopped and closed, banking sector is also stopped. Banking sector is also vital sector of country that’s why Nepalese banks are open for few hours only for Nepalese rupees cash transaction.  Banking service also can access from online and ATM booths. All banks provide cash transaction services from 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM as Nepalese time.

To fighting with COVID-19, banks donate the huge amount to Nepal government. Donator hopes this amount must use properly towards real victim of COVID-19 without any little corruption

Conclusion:

All the sectors must initiate and cooperate with government for reduce number of cases. Public should also take care their self and obey the rules of lock down. 9 cases found in Nepal which are all in city area. So it seems village and mountain regions are safe than city and terai region. That’s why, most of the people have been returned to their home that has in mountain region before lockdown.  Zero corruption must made and zero tolerance toward corrupted person. Stay home, stay safe. There’s currently no vaccine to prevent corona virus disease (COVID-19).
You can protect yourself and help prevent spreading the virus to others if you:
1.      Do Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub.
2.      Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze.
3.      Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell.
4.      Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell.
5.      Don’t touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean.

**Thank you**
